WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND! RBR competed in their first competition of the season at Costa Mesa HS and took 3rd Place in their division! Congratulations on a job well done!
Thank you so much to our many Volunteers this Past weekend! We truly could not have had such a successful event without your assistance. You made this weekend truly pleasurable and we appreciate you all!
This week is going to be a busy one for members of the ETHS Music Program. Here's the schedule at a quick glance.

Monday: Volunteer Sign Up!

• Bake Sale Donations for Wednesday’s Concert 10/12. Sign-up to contribute goodies here.
  
• Football Game Friday 10/15. Senior Night & Serrano 8th Grade Night. Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
  
• Capo Valley HS Field Tournament 10/14. We need volunteers & food donations. Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
  

Tuesday: Fall Concert Prep

• Gather Concert Attire : Black Pants (Dresses and Skirts should go below the knee), Black Shoes, Black Shirt with Holiday Accents
  
• Sign Up for Bake Sale Donation. Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
  
• Invite Your Friends, Families & Neighbors
  

Wednesday: Fall Concert Day, Disney Opportunity Drawing 

• Bring Donated Baked Goods to Concert @ 6:30pm
  
• Fall Concert @ 7:00pm
  
• Disney Opportunity Drawing - Bring Ticket Stubs & Cash and Place in White Boosters Box for weekly Student Drawing tomorrow night. Students have the chance to get a gift card just for selling tickets each week! SELL SELL SELL!
  

Thursday: Football Game and Competition Prep & Thursday Night Rehearsal

• Check out our Sign Up many Competition Volunteers & Competition Food Donations Still Needed! Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
  
• Football Game Volunteers Needed, Senior Parents DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEERING! This is your night to celebrate with your SENIOR! As for the rest of the parents, you can sign-up for volunteer duties here.
  
• Water Drive: Drop off a Case of Water outside the band room at 8pm then head to the football field
  
• Thursday Night Rehearsal Helpers Needed : Please come at 8pm to the field help the kids rehearse getting the pitt and props on and off the field, just like what is needed on Friday Night & Saturday! 
  
• RBR Buddy Gifts: Ask your student who their buddy is and what their buddy put on their list! If they are unsure or did not receive either one have them check with their section leader!
  
• Disney Opportunity Drawing - Bring Ticket Stubs & Cash and Place in White Boosters Box for weekly Student Drawing TONIGHT! Students have the chance to get a gift card just for selling tickets each week! SELL SELL SELL!
  

Friday: Football Game!  Last Home Game, Senior Night, 8th Grade Night & Pink Out

• Bagels N Brew Dine Out Day! Come to Bagel’s & Brew between 6am & 4pm… Show this flier and 25% of the sales goes back to our program!
  
• Volunteers on Sign Up List that enter the stadium with the band have their admission to the game covered
• 8th Grade Night: Serrano 8th Graders will be joining our students in playing for the evening. Lets get to know our Serrano 8th Grade Parents who will be joining us next year!
  
• Pink Out Night: the game will be a pink out game in support of breast cancer! 
  
• And the best for last….. SENIOR NIGHT ALL PARENTS, STUDENTS AND FAMILY NEED TO BE IN THE STADIUM AT  7 PM. YOU WILL SEE THE CEREMONY FOR OUR SENIORS! COME SUPPORT THEM AND THEN STAY FOR THE GAME. We need many parent volunteers: Videographer and Photographer are the most important for the ceremony. We will also need prop and pitt pushers for the halftime show. Our very dedicated senior parents will not be able to assist due to their ceremony and leaving at the end of half-time with their seniors as they continue their celebration! 
  

Saturday: RBR Competition #2 Capo Valley HS Field Tournament Performance @ 5:15pm

• Volunteers Needed!! 
  • Chaperones: We need Chaperones for each trip we take! For safety reasons we can not go to competitions without chaperones! Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
    
  • Pit & Prop Pushers: We cannot get all the equipment on and off the field without you! The students are physically unable to do it all and we need many parents to help! Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
    
  • Food Donations: Please help donate food as we are serving both lunch and dinner to our students at the competition! Sign-up for volunteer duties here.
    
• Spectators Needed!
  • Please come to watch, support and cheer on our RBR Students. Find us in the stands and join us as we sit close to the 50 yard line, past the ASB and students in the bleachers!
