Congratulations go out to the members of the Royal Blue Regiment! This past Saturday they competed in their fifth and final competition of the season at the Trabuco Hills "Tournament in the Hills" WBA Regional Championship. The regional championship was held for schools in Southern California in lieu of the normal statewide competition, which was preempted this year due to pandemic cautions. Competing in the 3A Division, the R-B-R earned second place in their division with a score of 87.000, a mere 0.15 points behind first place! They also won a Caption Award for Color Guard (1st Place), and 1st place in Music Ensemble. Complete results can be viewed on the WBA site.
This was a phenomenal showing in the first full year of competition since 2019. Many thanks go out to Mr. Miller, the technical staff and coaches, and the Booster Board, volunteers, and parents, for all your hard work and support this season. YOU made this triumph possible for our children.
And congratulations, Chargers!
RBR's fifth and FINAL competition of the season will be at the Tournament in the Hills on Saturday 11/13 at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, hosted by the Trabuco Hills Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit. Again, the students will be performing this season's show, "Building Towards Tomorrow," featuring a musical piece entitled, "A Bridge Between Two Eras." The title is a reference to the building of the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge.
We need volunteers from our wonderful and dedicated Booster parents! Please click here for volunteer duty sign-ups.

Wednesday is our dine-out fundraiser at Wahoo's Fish Taco in Foothill Ranch. Take a night off from cooking and treat your family to a Mexican-style (with hints of Brazilian, Asian, and Greek) meal while benefiting your favorite high school music program! Wahoo's will donate 20% of the proceeds to the ETHS Music Program.
The fundraiser will be running all day. But from 7 PM we will be holding the drawing to determine the winners of the Disney Opportunity Drawing Fundraiser! So please come out to have some great food, support the program, and see if you're the big winner!
Please be sure to present the flyer below upon ordering at the register (on your phone is fine).

This is the final week of marching band! The students, staff, boosters, and volunteers have been working really hard this season and the show has been turned into a fantastic production as a result of the efforts. Thank you everyone for all of the hours of work you have put in so far! Let's keep it going until Champs!
Remember, no schedule is concrete and always subject to change.
Please continue to push the sales of the Disney Opportunity Raffle Tickets. This is an amazing fundraiser for us, and the tickets basically sell themselves if promoted correctly. Consider that for a $10 ticket, people can win Disney Gift Cards valued at over $850! These cards can be used any time and at any Disney location in the world. So if you have family near Florida, or in France, these cards could be used to go to Disney World or Disney Paris! Parents and students—please do what you can to promote this fundraiser as we are rapidly nearing the end of the season! This fundraiser will end on Wednesday, November 10th, during the dine-out at Wahoo's Fish Taco, where the winners will be announced at 7 PM sharp.
Hope to see you all there on Wednesday night for the announcement of the winners. Until then, good luck with your sales efforts!
We are still working towards meeting our projected budget for this season, which is rapidly coming to a close. Our program is funded by parent contributions. If you have not yet made your contributions and are able to, please get those in ASAP! That would help the program tremendously, as we always try to end the season in the positive.
Please see the letter below from our Boosters President, with details on our financial situation and fundraising efforts, and on how you can help.
Click here for information on how to make your tax-deductible donation.
Thank you for your generous support of the program!
