11/14/2021

Congratulations go out to the members of the Royal Blue Regiment!  This past Saturday they competed in their fifth and final competition of the season at the Trabuco Hills "Tournament in the Hills" WBA Regional Championship. The regional championship was held for schools in Southern California in lieu of the normal statewide competition, which was preempted this year due to pandemic cautions. Competing in the 3A Division, the R-B-R earned second place in their division with a score of 87.000, a mere 0.15 points behind first place! They also won a Caption Award for Color Guard (1st Place), and 1st place in Music Ensemble. Complete results can be viewed on the WBA site.

This was a phenomenal showing in the first full year of competition since 2019. Many thanks go out to Mr. Miller, the technical staff and coaches, and the Booster Board, volunteers, and parents, for all your hard work and support this season. YOU made this triumph possible for our children.

And congratulations, Chargers!
