 It's time for our December dine-out (kind-of) fundraiser! This month we are giving the kids a much needed break from finals with Boba Bee! Take a short breather, have some stress relief, and give your brain a recharge with a refreshing boba tea, made just the way you like. Come out today and tonight, Wednesday, December 21st, between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Boba Bee is located in Heritage Park Plaza, nearby Ralph's, at 25432 Trabuco Road (please see map below). Your participation will support the ETHS Instrumental Music and Pageantry Boosters, as 20% of all sales to our supporters will be donated the program. On Wednesday, November 30th, Buffalo Wild Wings hosted our annual RBR Awards Banquet. During the event, the RBR students, parents, and staff had a chance to celebrate the accomplishments of the season over dinner, followed by an awards ceremony to recognize the exceptional accomplishments of the students.

 Last year's Winter Guard performing "Pictures of You" in the WGSCA Competitive Circuit. Tonight, immediately following the General Boosters' Meeting, we are having our parents' meeting for both Winter Guard and Winter Percussion programs. Parents of children in both programs will gather together for a general overview and then split into their program groups to discuss specifics to winter guard and specifics to winter percussion. All parents with children in either program are encouraged to attend. We will be meeting in the band room.
See you tonight!  A Christmas holiday board meeting. Image generated by Hotpot.ai. Our monthly General Booster Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 8th, from 6:30 PM. All Booster parents are encouraged to attend (i.e. every parent with a child in the music program). This is the last board meeting of the year. As we are going into the Christmas Holiday, we plan to make this one short, sweet, and festive! We will be discussing current fundraiser and year-end activities. We will be holding an election for the office of Winter Percussion Liason and fielding candidates for the open position of Ways & Means Officer.
We will be meeting in the band room on campus. Coffee, refreshments, and holiday treats will be served. So please come out, and hope to see you all there!  Please join the Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, and Jazz Bands for our Holiday Benefit Concerts this week. We have two concert nights this week! On Tuesday, December 7th, the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will perform. On Wednesday, December 8th, the Chamber Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra will perform. Both nights will be opened by our Jazz Ensemble. The concerts will be performed in Charger Hall starting from 7 PM.  Tickets are on sale now for both nights. The pre-sale/online price of a seat is $5, and $10 at the door. Tickets can be purchased online here.
We are also having a bake sale fundraiser before the concert. You can purchase some delicious baked items in support of the program. If you want to sign-up to donate a baked item for the sale, you can do so here. Come join us for a fantastic evening of holiday music to get you into the spirit of the season!
