It's time for our December dine-out (kind-of) fundraiser! This month we are giving the kids a much needed break from finals with Boba Bee! Take a short breather, have some stress relief, and give your brain a recharge with a refreshing boba tea, made just the way you like. Come out today and tonight, Wednesday, December 21st, between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Boba Bee is located in Heritage Park Plaza, nearby Ralph's, at 25432 Trabuco Road (please see map below). Your participation will support the ETHS Instrumental Music and Pageantry Boosters, as 20% of all sales to our supporters will be donated the program. We are holding our annual Mickman's Gift-It-Forward Online Holiday Sales Fundraiser! Order your wreaths, centerpieces, and other decorative holiday items online from Mickman's, and they will donate $8 to the El Toro High School Music Program for each item ordered. Items ordered will ship directly to your door via FedEx. This is a great fundraiser for us, as placing an order is super-easy, and shipping is handled automatically. The wreaths, centerpieces, and other items look beautiful and have been very popular as holiday gifts with family and friends. It is the go-to place for holiday decorations. So now is the time to get your order in to ensure your decorations arrive in plenty of time for the holiday season. Shipping of all orders takes place up until December 15th. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for processing and then 2-5 business days for shipping after placing your order.

All students participating in Marching Band and Color Guard must have a Health Screening Form completed by a medical professional and turned in prior to the first day of Band Camp (date TBA). We have partnered with Saddleback Family Urgent Care to turn this into a fund-raising opportunity! The cost of the screening is $40, though 50% of the proceeds will be donated back to the program. Screenings will be held on Sunday, May 22nd, from 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM. It is also fine to arrange to have a screening completed through your own family physician. Just be sure to have your physician complete the necessary forms, linked at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions, please contact June Renna. How to Sign Up1. Pay the $40 fee and donation with PayPal with the button at the right (or you can pay on the Web Store). Be sure to include your student's name when you make your payment. Also, please make a note of your PayPal confirmation number, as you will need it for the next step. 2. Click here to visit the Sign-up Genius page to arrange an appointment time for your student. Please review the available slots there and sign up. Enter the PayPal code on this page. Follow the remainder of the instructions there. 3. Please download and fill-out the sports screening form for your student, below. 4. Once your student's appointment is completed, the attending physician will return the completed screening form to you. Please have your student return this form to Mr. Miller prior to the start of Band Camp on August 1st. Important Notes: 1. We will be holding an opportunity drawing for TWELVE Music Gala Baskets at Saturday's Spring Concert! The baskets are themed as follows:
The drawing will be held at the end of the concert. Tickets to join the drawing can be purchased at the concert (sales start at 5:30 PM) for $1 each, or in bundles: $10 for 10, or $20 for 25. We have less than a week to go in our See's Candies Easter Fundraiser event! We are still behind in our fundraising goal, and this is one of our more important fundraisers. This is an amazing fundraiser for us, and the tickets basically sell themselves if promoted correctly. Consider that for a $10 ticket, people can win Disney Gift Cards valued at over $850! These cards can be used any time and at any Disney location in the world. So if you have family near Florida, or in France, these cards could be used to go to Disney World or Disney Paris! Parents and students—please do what you can to promote this fundraiser as we are rapidly nearing the end of the season! This fundraiser will end on Wednesday, November 10th, during the dine-out at Wahoo's Fish Taco, where the winners will be announced at 7 PM sharp.
