El Toro's Percussion, also known as Drum Line, is comprised of Battery (carrying drums and cymbals) and Front Ensemble (Pit). 

Marching Band Season

During Marching Band Season they join the Royal Blue Regiment as a significant part of the show carrying the rhythm and tempo for the music and show.

Winter Drumline

El Toro’s Winter Percussion is an audition-only ensemble. During Winter Season this group is comprised of the Battery and Front Ensemble from Marching Band, and opens up to allow other musicians the opportunity to join the group. Musicians w ho desire to play a percussion instrument are able to audition and become a part of El Toro's Winter Percussion Program.  

​ETHS Winter Percussion currently competes in the Southern California Percussion Alliance (SCPA) circuit and has previously competed in the American Drumline Association (ADLA) circuit. Please visit their websites for information on upcoming events, past event scores, and much more.
