Winter Percussion
(Drumline)
The El Toro High School Winter Percussion (drumline) ensemble is comprised of the percussion and battery sections of the fall marching band. Unlike marching band, El Toro’s winter percussion is an audition-only ensemble and begins rehearsal shortly after the conclusion of the marching band season.
ETHS Winter Percussion currently competes in the Southern California Percussion Alliance (SCPA) circuit and has previously competed in the American Drumline Association (ADLA) circuit. Please visit their websites for information on upcoming events, past event scores, and much more.
Winter percussion rehearses Mondays after school, Thursday evenings and frequent Saturdays from December through late April, including during the winter break. Practice days are subject to change.
