Start-of-Summer Program Updates

As summer break begins, we have some program updates for you!

All IMPB Music Students

1. Please complete the following communications survey so that we can keep you informed of upcoming events and streamline communication for next year. The survey includes a question about your student’s t-shirt size. We need this information ASAP, especially for RBR students.
2. We still have a few program books available for purchase. Contact Leslie Welton at (949) 275-7112 or leswelton@gmail.com.
   

Concert Ensembles

1. Interested in donating your concert attire now that your child is graduating or has outgrown it? We appreciate your donation! See below to make arrangements.
2. Please return any borrowed concert attire (including borrowed bow-ties) to the music room asap, or email eltoromusicinfo@gmail.com to make arrangements for delivery. Attire should be cleaned and ready to re-use for next year.
3. We still need a few more board members for next year - in particular an Orchestra Liaison and a Jazz Band Liaison. No experience is necessary. Please email eltoromusicinfo@gmail.com for more information, or reach out to an existing board member.

Royal Blue Regiment

1. Sports Physical paperwork must be completed and uploaded to homecampus.com by June 15th. As an option, Dr. Christian Chee of Life Balance Chiropractic has offered to complete the sports physicals for $40 and donate 50% to our program. He can be reached at (949) 587-9990 to schedule an appointment.
   
2. The first summer practice is scheduled for Monday, June 12th (Guard: 1 pm - 8 pm; Winds/Percussion: 4 pm- 8 pm.) If you have not turned in your Authorization to Treat a Minor form or your Donation Forecast form (both were handed out at the RBR parent meeting), please bring them to the summer practice. The Donation Forecast form can be placed into the Booster Mailbox (right outside Mr. Miller’s office) to retain confidentiality.
