THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT DEDICATION ADS TO THE YEARBOOK HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO SATURDAY. GET YOURS IN TODAY!

This year's program book is shaping up wonderfully, with lots of beautiful photographs capturing triumphs, tragedies, memories, and great moments from throughout the music year.

We are still accepting student dedications!

The deadline for submitting and completing the design of your dedications is now Saturday, 4/29. If you need help with the design, just submit your written dedication portion with photographs to Leslie per the instructions below. If you don't have a recent photo of your student, you can have us use the recent portraits that were taken at school. Please just send us the written portion of the dedication, an indication of the size you want, that you want us to use the portrait photo, and we will handle the rest.

Why offer a dedication?

These dedications are a great way to celebrate someone special. They are one way that parents can show their love and support for their kids. They are also a great way to show your support for this phenomenal, award-winning music program here at El Toro. Students can submit dedications as well, to their friends, coaches, teachers, family, and whomever they wish to remember or thank.

Dedications help fund the Yearbook

The dedications are also part of how we fundraise to pay for the expense of printing the books. So even if you have the slightest inclination to put in a dedication ad, don't hesitate!  If you want to submit a dedication for your student, today is the last day to submit one. Instructions are below.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please go to to this link at the Treering site.
2. When it prompts you, enter school code 1016788214921180.
3. If you have not established an account with Treering, you will need to do so now. It is required that each parent who is purchasing a book establish an account. If you already have an account, click the "Log In" button at the bottom of the page.
4. You should see a "Welcome to TreeRing!" message. You can ignore the message about switching web browsers to Chrome (ugh) or Edge (ooof). Safari (meh) and Firefox (based) work fine too. Click "OK".
5. Maximize your browser window. At the left-hand side of the window, you should see a menu item to "BUY YEARBOOKS" for your student's name. Even if you have more than one student in the program, just click the name for the first student. You only have to submit the dedication ad  once.
6. Scroll down to the item, "Buy a yearbook ad." Click on the button.
7. You must first select your ad size. Ad pricing is as follows:
   1/4 page - $40
   1/2 page - $80
   Full page - $160
8. You will then find yourself in the layout portion of the TreeRing interface. You and include writing and photos and lay out your dedication as you see fit. If you would rather we laid it out for you, please email your dedication text and photos to Leslie Welton, along with any instructions for how you would like your ad to appear.
   

To submit your yearbook ad, click on the "BUY YEARBOOKS" menu item for your student, and you should see the screen above.

Quarter, half, and full page dedications are available.
