Our next General Boosters Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 11th, from 7 PM. All Booster parents are encouraged to attend (i.e. every parent with a child in the music program). This meeting is especially important because we will be voting to elect new executive board members for the 2023-2024 school year (more details here). Your vote is needed to confirm the incoming board. Your attendance would be most appreciated!
We will be meeting in the band room on campus. Coffee and snacks will be served.

Annual elections for the IMPB Executive Board for the 2023-24 school year will be held at 7:00 PM during our April 11th General Meeting. This meeting is for ALL parents with students in the music program. Every position is up for election, and every parent with a child gets a vote.

If you are interested in volunteering for a position, please contact our Parliamentarian, Sandra Fletcher, to express your interest and to find out details on what the position entails. You can read about those responsibilities in the PDF document below.
Please come out to the meeting and make your voice and your vote heard. The Boosters need your help, and cannot run without dedicated volunteers. We need you, so get involved! And see you on election night.

Winter Percussion will be returning to practice this week with the following schedule:

• Monday, 4/10. Call time is 4:35 PM, rehearsal from 5 to 8:15 PM, and pickup at 9 PM for parents.
  
• Friday, 4/14. Call time is 4:35 PM, rehearsal from 5 to 8:15 PM, and pickup at 9 PM for parents.

Spring is finally upon us as we find ourselves (almost) emerged from the cold and wet of an historically rainy winter. Only two months of school left! The approaching end of the school year may have you down, but we have just the thing to cheer you: the April IMPB Newsletter! It's hot off the presses, produced by our hard-working President, Music Program Director, and Booster Board members. In it is information about current sales, the practice schedule, the Spring Jazz and Ensemble Concerts, Winter Guard and Winter Percussion schedules, the dineout at Wahoo's on the 12th, and the corporate sponsorship program. It has all the information you need to make the most of the spring music season.
We hope you join us for another month of musical performances and events!

Spring recess is this week from the 3rd to the 7th. Winter Guard will have practice and competition during the week. Winter Percussion will have the week off.
